Permitted Use

You may use our ai video generator to create, export, and distribute videos for personal, commercial, and client projects, provided the content does not violate applicable law or the content guidelines published in our Help Centre.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use backwardwelfareup.in to generate content that depicts violence, harassment, or illegal activity. Automated scraping of output for model training purposes is strictly prohibited.

Attempts to reverse-engineer the platform, access other users' projects, or circumvent usage limits will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the scripts, images, and footage you upload. Videos generated on the platform using your inputs are your property upon export. backwardwelfareup.in retains no licence to your exported content.

Limitation of Liability

backwardwelfareup.in provides the service on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free output. Our total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the incident.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, missed deadlines, or reputational damage — arising from platform downtime or output errors.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services including Google Drive, YouTube, and Zapier. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@backwardwelfareup.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We will not be liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the account settings page. Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Exported video files stored outside our platform are not covered by this process.

Changes to These Terms
